Can I drop by and visit anytime?
Our office is open from 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday. Although it is always best to call ahead for a tour, you are welcome to stop by anytime! Tours can also be scheduled on the weekend with advance notice.
I’d love to board my cat at your deluxe cat hotel! What vaccinations does my cat need to have to stay there?
In order to keep all of our clients happy and healthy, we ask that clients have the following before staying with us.
Cats over 3 years old
Rabies and FVRCP Vaccinations, administered within the previous 3 years
Cats under 3 years old
Rabies and FVRCP Vaccinations, administered within the previous year
Proof of negative Feline Leukemia status
Spayed or neutered
We ask that clients bring certification from a veterinarian before admittance can be allowed. Kittens must have completed the full series of vaccines prior to their stay. Titers will be accepted with proper documentation. We will accept vaccine exemptions from your Veterinarian for our geriatric guests.
What do I need to bring with my cat for their stay?
Because cats require consistency to ensure their comfort and safety, we recommend that clients bring cat beds, litter, cat food, and anything else your cat may need or want during their stay. We offer complimentary integrity cat litter as needed. Acana food can be purchased for $5/day.
What amenities will you offer for my cat?
Your cat will relax in our custom-built enclosures, listen to specially-composed music for cats, play and cuddle with humans, and watch custom videos designed for cats. We also offer heated beds, custom scratching structures, and toys. We use Feliway diffusers for calming, and can offer Bach Flower Remedy as needed.
What will my cat do during their stay?
All stays include a rotating schedule of playtime, brushing, and snuggles. Your cat will also be able to watch specialized videos for cats from their custom-built enclosure, as well as relax and explore outside of their enclosure.
Can you administer medication to my cat?
We can administer any medication your cat needs. Please see our Rates and Booking page for details.
What types of cleaners do you use?
We use pet-safe industrial cleaners through out our entire facility.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We ask that you kindly give 48 hours notice when canceling a reservation. All reservations canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 25% fee.
In which areas of Portland do you provide In-Home Care/Dog Walking?
We currently provide In-Home Care/Dog Walking for clients in or near NE and NW Portland. As we grow, we’ll be able to provide care to clients in more areas. Please call or email us to see if you’re located in the areas we currently service.
