Team Pounce
Windy Holt
Before Windy began working directly with pets and pet parents, she was responsible for strategic programs for large organizations. Her compassion and love for animals and nature pushed her to want more. She decided to bring her proven business skills together with her heart's desire and opened BellyRub Pet Services which led to Pounce Play and Stay. Having never been without a pet of her own (and usually 3+) she understands what it means to leave a pet in someone else's care while away from home. That is why she works for pet parent peace of mind along with excellent pet care! And with more than 10 years in cat care she's proud that Pounce does just that.
Lexi Potts
Lexi comes to Pounce with over a decade of experience in veterinary assistance/program supervisory roles, working directly with cats of all ages. She has a soft spot for rescues and continuously fosters at home. Currently, she has bottle baby foster "fails" Teddy Bear and Rosie Lee, along with rescued kitten, Chaton, and dog, Ziggy Stardust. When Lexi isn’t cuddling cats at the hotel she enjoys time with her family.
Jaidan McLean
As a life-long cat owner with pet sitting and cat shelter experience, Jaidan is excited to be part of Team Pounce. They are currently the proud parent of an adorable black cat named Basil. Since Basil has an obsessive chewing/eating condition called pica, which requires attentive foresight and additional enrichment, Jaidan understands the importance of caring for specific needs. When not at the hotel, Jaidan enjoys going to concerts and local events.
